SB-1300 Joint Stabilizing Sealer
Description: SB-1300 Joint Stabilizing Sealer is a water-based, single component, epoxy-modified sealer and joint sand stabilizer. The product can be used both inside and outside, on old and new pavements, sealing paving stones and stabilizing joint sand at the same time. It is the ONLY sealer that can be applied immediately after paver installation, as it is breathable and will not trap the naturally occurring efflorescence. This breathability also decreases freeze-thaw damage and improves surface durability and ease of maintenance. SB-1300 Joint Stabilizing Sealer is solvent free and exceeds all VOC and EPA standards.
SB-7000 Gloss Finish Joint Stabilizing Sealer
Description: SB-7000 Gloss Finish Joint Stabilizing Sealer (formerly SB-7000 Concrete Sealer) seals the surface and bonds joint sand between interlocking concrete, clay and natural stone pavers with a brilliant gloss finish enhances natural tones and is UV stable. It also seals and protects decorative, stamped and patterned concrete that has been colored with integrals, acid-stains, release agents and color hardeners, as well as cast in place and pre-cast concrete. SB-7000 Gloss Finish Joint Stabilizing Sealer is safe, water based, solvent free and VOC and EPA compliant.
SB-4000 Water Repelling Invisible Sealer
Description: SB-4000 Water Repelling Invisible Sealer is a water based, penetrating, low VOC sealer that provides an invisible, durable barrier against liquid absorption on retaining walls, concrete and pavers. The finish has a natural look that does not affect the appearance of the substrate.
SB-5000 Stainblocking Invisible Sealer
Description: SB-5000 Stainblocking Invisible Sealer is a water based, penetrating, low VOC sealer that provides an invisible, durable barrier against water, oil and stains on pavers, concrete and retaining walls. Ideal for driveways, industrial flooring, building entrances, shopping malls, food courts and other surfaces at risk for oil, food or other staining. The finish has a natural look that does not affect the appearance of the substrate.
SB-600 Wet Look Sealer
Description: SB-600 Wet Look Sealer seals the pavement surface and brightens and enhances the natural colors of the pavingstone with a luxurious, wet look. It is breathable and will not trap the naturally occurring efflorescence, allowing it to be applied immediately after pavingstones are installed (as well as decreasing freeze-thaw damage). The product improves surface durability, enhancing the colors of the pavement and protecting the surface from salt, acid and staining. SB-600 Wet Look Sealer is a water-based, exterior quality urethane surface sealer. It is solvent-free and exceeds all VOC and EPA standards.
SB-10 Paver Bond Adhesive
Description: SB-10 Paver Bond is a quick curing, high strength, structural grade construction adhesive. Can be used to adhere retaining walls, caps, pavers and other masonry surfaces. It is water resistant and freeze-thaw stable. Applies as an easy gun-grade mastic. Durable enough to withstand extreme wear and tear including heavy vehicular traffic. Naturally level and shims. For exterior use only.
SB-442 General Stain Remover
Description: SB-442 General Stain Remover is a concentrated, nonacid degreaser and general purpose cleaner for use on pavers, concrete and retaining walls. This technologically advanced cleaner removes motor oil, food and beverage stains. It is environmentally friendly and replaces several types of harsh acid cleaners. SB-442 General Stain Remover's chemical blend draws out stains from within the surface but does not etch or damage concrete, anodized aluminum or painted surfaces. It is suitable for both horizontal and vertical surfaces.
SB-488 Efflorescence & Rust Remover
Description: SB-488 Efflorescence & Rust Remover is a safe, acid-based cleaner formulated specifically for use on pavers, concrete and retaining walls. The product quickly, safely and easily removes mineral deposits like efflorescence that form naturally within building materials and from external sources like rust and hard water. The product is suitable for both horizontal and vertical surfaces and is biodegradable and phosphate free. It does not contain muriatic, nitric or hydrochloric acid.
